“Conference Fees with Accommodation” for delegates include two days’ breakfasts, lunches, dinner and accommodation, in addition to scientific sessions, coffee breaks, conference programme and conference bag.Thus, participation with accommodation is limited with the number of rooms.
“Conference Fees”for delegates include scientific sessions, coffee breaks, one day lunches, conference programme. The fees do not cover visa,insurance, transfer to conference venue and tours.
“Guest Participants:”Participants who come with their guests are required to pay 500 TL (single room) and 450 TL (double room) for each guest. One participant who comes with the partner must pay 700 TL + 450 TL = 1150 TL.

“VideoConference Participants, who cannot participate due to Covid-19 can participate.”
“Participants” can present one or two paper(s) for oral and/or poster presentations.

VAT is included in the registration fees.

Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in written and must be received by the conference organizers before Sept. 20, 2020. Refund requests after Sept. 20, 2020 can not be accepted.
